Throughout the year I run a number of courses including Beginner’s Level I and early morning Sunrise Yoga sessions both in studio and online. Here you’ll find a schedule of my most recent offerings and booking information once it’s made available. June Intensive

June has arrived (how has that happened so fast) and with it my latest Intensive instalment. From Monday June 27th through to Friday July 1st I’ll be running this as an exclusively online event. Live Zoom classes will run from 7-8am every morning and after each session you’ll receive the class recording, allowing you to practice again - any time, any place - if you can’t make it live or you simply fancy a lie in. 

Each hour-long class will feature a slow flowing, dynamic style of yoga, mindfulness and breath awareness. The week will focus around a theme, which this month is backbends - exploring opening the heart centre. While open to all, it is recommend that you have some experience of yoga or at least be familiar and comfortable with sun salutations.

5 Day Intensive - April

This Monday to Friday Intensive is your mini immersion into the world of daily practice. Spring is making an appearance and bringing with it lighter mornings, the ideal time to get moving and shake off winter's hibernation. We'll begin each mornings' practice with a slow dynamic flow to awaken your body and mind, before finishing with a soothing relaxation to leave you ready to face the day. Mindfulness and breath awareness will also be threaded throughout each session. During the Intensive you'll get to experience the benefits of a daily practice, meet like minded-people and learn more about yoga and about yourself.

Classes will take place in person at The Stables Yoga Centre as well as online via Zoom. When booking, please ensure you have selected your preferred method. Studio places are limited to 15.

Please note, this Intensive is recommended for those with some experience of yoga, especially a flowing style and is not suited to the complete beginner.

Beginner's Yoga Level I

Beginner's Yoga Level I

This beginner’s yoga course offers an introduction to a gentle, flowing style of yoga that includes mindfulness, postures, breathwork and relaxation. You’ll learn the basics of sun salutations and the standing and floor postures. This course is for anyone, regardless of age, fitness or stiffness. If you’ve never done yoga before, I recommend you attend a beginner’s yoga course first a way to get familiar with the practice and learn things at a slower pace.

The course runs on a Thursday evening throughout the year so if you can’t make this one you can simply join next time. Places are available in the studio or online via Zoom.

Sunrise Yoga: June

Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays, 7-8am

A month-long course of early morning classes every Mondays, Wednesday and Friday from 7-8am. or an entire month. Taught in collaboration with teacher’s Zoe Speekenbrink and Sophie Carr this course is the perfect way to establish a weekly yoga routine and experience the benefits of regular practice.
