I teach a variety of styles from beginner to open level classes. Classes range from the more physically demanding to slower and more meditative styles, all with an emphasis on mindful awareness of body, mind and breath. Classes blend safe alignment for the outer, physical form with Eastern philosophical approaches for the inner work and developing an open, curious mind.
