About Chloé
My journey into mind-body practices and self-exploration began with yoga at the age of sixteen. I was both surprised and fascinated at the positive impact it had on me and how it made me feel. By my early twenties when I became debilitated by illness, yoga offered a lifeline and a much-needed support. Where conventional medicine had little to offer yoga helped soothe and regulate my nervous system, strengthen my body and calm my mind and emotions. It led me on a path of discovery: investigating yoga, its therapeutic effects and the powerful influence of our mind and body on our health and wellbeing.
After an initial British Wheel of Yoga qualification in 2009, I’ve completed numerous trainings including Ashtanga, Children’s Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, massage and reiki. In 2020 I finished my 570hr Yoga Therapy Diploma with The Minded Institute. I’m interested in somatic practices that develop embodiment, presence and regulation as well as offering a joyful way to connect to ourselves and to feel good in the process.
Through my work with the body, I became more and more curious about the mind, delving into meditation and mindfulness before eventually being introduced in 2017 to IFS. This was a defining moment for me. Since 2019 I’ve been under the expert guidance of my therapist and mentor Cali Ornelas, undertaken hours of personal IFS sessions and completed professional Levels 1 and 2. My IFS Level 3 training begins in Autumn 2025.
On an individual level, I’m fascinated by the human experience and committed to growing, learning and cultivating a fulfilling relationship with myself and the world around me. Professionally, I feel grateful and inspired to share what I learn with you.
“Chloé’s sessions are the most perfect little parcels of self-care yoga, very thoughtfully put together. Chloé guides everyone through the session with clear instruction, and such care and warmth. There are options so you can work to your level, and a focus on developing your own practice, physically, cognitively and emotionally. I just love them”
