Welcome to my website, a space for sharing with you the powerful and transformative practices of yoga, yoga therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Whether you’re interested in yoga classes or events or therapy, here you’ll find information about my work. I’m passionate about these mind-body practices and their potential to positively impact health and well-being. Ultimately, I believe they can help us to live our lives with more ease, freedom and compassion. My hope is that you get to experience that too. 

What I offer

Yoga - I teach a variety of styles ranging from restorative and yin yoga through to hatha and more dynamic vinyasa flow. All my teaching is underpinned by mindfulness and the cultivation of breath and body awareness in order to develop curiosity, self-understanding and promote wellbeing. I offer classes, events, courses and retreats all year round.

Yoga Therapy - in yoga therapy we focus on the specific therapeutic application of yoga to support a particular physical, mental or emotional issue. Or to tailor your existing practice to better meet your individual needs, especially during a challenging time or transition period. Yoga therapy combines yoga and mindfulness with the latest findings in neuroscience and scientific research.

IFS - as an evidence-based branch of psychotherapy IFS is an effective method for working with the mind and emotions whilst also incorporating the body. It can help us recognise and release inner constraints, such as limiting and restrictive beliefs and behaviours, and facilitate more inner freedom and harmony.
