Classes, Events & Retreats
My teaching ranges from dynamic, slow flowing styles to gentler, hatha based classes, beginners, yin, and restorative yoga. As a qualified yoga therapist, I also offer therapeutic courses and 1-2-1 work. My classes are relaxed and inclusive, they can be challenging at times yet soothing and peaceful too. You’ll be encouraged to explore your body and your boundaries with a healthy respect and appreciation for what you can, as opposed to can’t yet do.
